Important information about the Mesa Homeowners Card Benefits and this Agreement
$120 Pet Care Credit
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive the benefit. Eligible purchases (see below) must be made directly with the participating partners in the U.S. locations where the partners’ services are available. Only valid for transactions completed in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Purchases of prepaid or gift cards from third-party retailers for use at the participating partners are not eligible for this benefit. Only valid on eligible purchases charged directly with Wag! Age minimums and other restrictions apply to use of each partner's services; see each partner’s terms and conditions for more information.

Wag!: Any of the Pet Care services offered on the Wag! platform, including Walks, Drop-Ins, Overnight Sitting, or Overnight Boarding service are all eligible purchases.

Please allow up to 6-8 weeks after an eligible purchase is charged to your Card for statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account. Mesa relies on the merchant’s processing of transactions to determine the transaction date. The transaction date may differ from the date you made the purchase if, for example, there is a delay in the merchant submitting the transaction to us or if the merchant uses another date as the transaction date. This means that in some cases your purchase may not earn the statement credit benefit for the benefit period in which you made the purchase. For example, if an eligible purchase is made on December 31st but the merchant processes the transaction such that it is identified to us as occurring on January 1st, the January statement credit would be applied, and your transaction will not be eligible if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made through a third party (such as an app store or cable bundle) or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process your payment.

If the Card is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive a statement credit. If your Card has been replaced, make sure that the most up to date Card information is on file with the Merchant or else you may not receive the statement credits. If Mesa, in its sole discretion, determines that you have engaged in or intend to engage in any manner of abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this benefit, Mesa will not have an obligation to provide statement credits and may reverse any statement credits provided to you. If you receive a refund for an eligible purchase and the statement credit has been applied before the merchant refunds the charges, that statement credit may be reversed. $200 Home Maintenance Credit
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive the benefit. Mesa Cardmembers can earn up to $200 in statement credits per calendar year when the Mesa Homeowners Card is used to pay for a job or service through Thumbtack directly. Purchases made outside of Thumbtack may not be eligible for a statement credit.

$100 Home Warranty Credit
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive the benefit. Mesa Cardmembers can enjoy up to $100 in statement credits on their first home warranty claim with Armadillo when they pay using the Mesa Homeowners Card.

$65 Annual Costco Membership Credit
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive the benefit. Mesa Cardmembers can earn $65 in statement credits per calendar year when the Mesa Homeowners Card is used to pay for a Costco membership.

This benefit applies only to purchases of any Costco membership that is paid with your Mesa Homeowners Card. The $65 annual cap applies per calendar year, regardless of the number of eligible transactions. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks after a qualifying purchase posts to your Account for the statement credit to appear. Mesa relies on the transaction data to determine eligibility.

As a result, a purchase made on December 31 may be ineligible for that year's benefit if it is processed with a transaction date of January 1. In addition, you may not receive the statement credit if the transaction is not made directly with Costco (e.g., made through a third party such as an app store or membership bundle) or is otherwise unidentifiable as a qualifying Costco membership purchase.

If your Card is canceled, past due, or otherwise not in good standing at the time the credit is applied,you may forfeit the benefit. If your Card has been replaced, you are responsible for updating your payment information with the Merchant or else you may not receive statement credits. Mesa, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny, revoke, or claw back any statement credit where it determines that  abuse, misuse, or gaming has occurred or is intended, including but not limited to: purchasing and then refunding a membership, using a third party to make a payment; or creating multiple accounts to exceed benefit limits. If you receive a refund for a qualifying purchase and the statement credit has been applied, Mesa reserves the right to reverse or withhold the corresponding statement credit. $100 Home Improvement Benefit
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive the benefit. Eligible purchases (see below) must be made directly with the participating partners in the U.S. locations where the partners’ services are available. Only valid for transactions completed in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Merchants must be categorized as Home Improvement in order to be eligible for statement credit benefit. Mesa is not responsible for incorrect merchant categorization. Eligible subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled and the merchant will charge the applicable membership fee to the Card they have on file. Purchases of prepaid or gift cards from third-party retailers for use at the participating partners are not eligible for this benefit. Only valid on eligible purchases charged directly with home improvement stores. Age minimums and other restrictions apply to use of each partner's services; see each partner’s terms and conditions for more information. Benefit subject to change.

$120 Home Improvement Benefit
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive this benefit. Mesa Cardmembers can earn up to $120 in statement credits within the first 12 months, with a maximum of $30 per quarter, by earning dollar-for-dollar credits on purchases made at Lowe’s stores or lowes.com using the Mesa Homeowners Card. Enrollment in MyLowe’s Rewards is required and is subject to Lowe’s terms and conditions. Cardmembers must successfully create or link their existing MyLowe’s Rewards account. If unenrolled in MyLowe’s Rewards, Cardmembers are not eligible for this benefit. The email address associated with the Cardmember’s Mesa account must match the email registered with MyLowe’s Rewards. Failure to meet this requirement may result in ineligibility for the benefit.

Please allow 6-8 weeks after an eligible purchase for statement credit(s) to post to your account. Mesa relies on the merchant’s processing of transactions to determine the transaction date, which may differ from the actual purchase date due to merchant delays in submission. If a purchase is made at the end of a quarter but the merchant processes the transaction in the following quarter, the statement credit will be applied to the latter period. Transactions made via third parties (such as app stores or bundled services) or processed through mobile or wireless card readers may not be eligible.


If the Mesa Homeowners Card is canceled or past due, it may not qualify for the statement credit. If the Card has been replaced, Cardmembers should ensure that the updated Card information is on file with Lowe’s to continue receiving benefits. If a refund is issued for an eligible purchase after the statement credit has been applied, the statement credit may be reversed. Mesa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify transactions, revoke statement credits, or terminate eligibility if abuse, misuse, or gaming is suspected. $60 Duckbill Benefit
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive this benefit. Cardmembers may receive up to $5 back per month, up to a maximum of $60 per calendar year, when using their Mesa Homeowners Card to purchase a Duckbill subscription.

If a task completion is delayed or inaccurately recorded by Duckbill, the timing or eligibility of this benefit may be affected. Mesa is not responsible for errors or delays caused by Duckbill or its systems. In most cases, you may not receive the discount if the tasks are completed outside of the Duckbill platform or processed through a third-party service.

Cards that are suspended, canceled, or past due are ineligible for this benefit. If your Card has been replaced, you must update your payment information with Duckbill to continue to receive this benefit. Mesa reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold or reverse any credits or benefits if it determines that the benefit has been abused, misused, or manipulated in any manner, or if such activity is reasonably suspected. This benefit is also subject to Duckbill’s Terms & Conditions, which may impose additional limitations or exclusions. Complimentary Year of Instacart+ Membership
Enrollment through the Mesa App is required to receive this benefit. Active Mesa Cardmembers and Mesa Mortgage Members are eligible to receive one year of Instacart+ membership free (a $99 value). Enrollment and use of the benefit are subject to Instacart’s terms and conditions.
