You can apply in the Mesa App (on iOS or Android or Web) by filling out an application. If approved, your card will be mailed to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot reward multiple monthly mortgage payments per cardmember.
If your utility provider doesn’t accept credit cards, unfortunately, we won’t be able to reward you for those payments. We recommend contacting your provider to ask about credit card payment options!
Monthly mortgage payments are not made with the Mesa Homeowners Card. The mortgage amount you entered in your card application determines your eligible rewards—there’s no need to pay your mortgage with the card. Simply continue making payments as usual, and we’ll use the value from your application to calculate your points.
If approved, the digital version of the card should be available shortly after submitting your application and your physical card should arrive in as little as 1-3 business days.
If your card is lost or stolen, you can freeze your card in the app! If your card is lost or stolen, please reach out to Mesa support via phone 1 (866) 301-6372 or email support@mesamember.com.
